Currently, With our flagship product, FluffFit, we're charting a new course in personalised health monitoring. It's your dog's care companion. FluffFit monitors daily activities, sleep patterns, body temperature, and even location. And Complementing FluffFit we have Foodie: An automatic smart food dispenser, which can be personalised for a particular pet. Fond is at the forefront of promoting pet well-being. Join us in ushering in a new era of pet care, where innovation meets love. In addition to this, many products and services are in the pipeline, which can help ease a pet & its parent's life. Roles and Responsibilities ● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all SaaS products (Website Dashboard, Customer Service Dashboard, and Mobile App), aligned with overall business objectives. This includes prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and continuously iterating based on data and feedback. In collaboration with the concerned teams. ● Customer Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough customer research (surveys, interviews, user testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and market trends. Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements. ● Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and feasibility. ● Development Coordination: Work closely with the development team, especially for the mobile app, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Manage the development lifecycle, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions during development. ● Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Develop and execute product launch plans, including communication, training, and marketing activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption. ● Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to prioritize product enhancements and optimize user experience. ● Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders across different domains. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. ● Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation Requirements ● Proven Experience: ○ A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. ○ Additionally an MBA is preferred ○ 1+ years of experience is a plus Technical Skills: ○ Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). ○ Experience with mobile app development lifecycle is essential. ○ Experience with customer research and data analysis tools. Soft Skills: ○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ○ Strong communication and collaboration abilities. ○ Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additional: ○ Basic knowledge and understanding of app development ○ 2+ references or LoRs either from previous employers or professors. ○ Experience working with small and multi-disciplinary teams is a plus ○ Passion for building great products and delivering exceptional user experiences ○ Ability to work in an agile development environment with iterative design & development cycles.
