Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Customer Success Manager at this company, your role will involve a high level of expertise in strategic relationship management, leadership, networking, and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for delivering, adopting, and engaging customers with HERE's technology solutions, ensuring their continued success over time. Your focus will be on key and strategic accounts across all industries utilizing HERE products and services. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall success of the account through high-touch engagement and develop and execute a Success Plan to help Customers maximize the value from utilizing HERE products/services - Drive complex, strategic, and large-scale customer programs, particularly with large Automotive OEMs - Collaborate with stakeholders and manage cross-functionally to ensure successful customer delivery, including product launches, POCs, and projects - Proactively identify and manage risks, as well as project escalations from the client, working towards successful project completion - Act as the Voice of the Customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales, and driving executive-level review and decision-making - Drive customer adoption, expansion of customer footprint with HERE products and services, and increase customer retention and advocacy - Consult clients on opportunities to improve their Navigation, IoT, and LBS solutions in collaboration with HERE Sales teams - Act as the main technical customer interface and ensure customer requirements are understood across internal divisions - Identify gaps in methodologies and drive change for continuous improvement in the customer lifecycle Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of technical experience with a sales/pre-sales track record or equivalent technically oriented management function - Experience in Customer Success and strong Program Management skills working with large enterprise customers - Solid track record of managing customer relationships and successful project management - Sound understanding of infotainment, telematics, and wireless communication technology across sectors - Excellent consultative, advisory, organizational skills with strategic thinking and proactive risk management - Strong leadership and ownership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with inter-cultural work experience - Graduate Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field preferred - PMI PMP certification (or equivalent) required, Agile methodology experience preferred Additional Company Details: HERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company that empowers customers to achieve better outcomes by managing infrastructure, optimizing assets, and guiding drivers safely to their destinations.
