Technical Business Development Executive

The role of a Technical Business Development Executive is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. It is essential to follow the company's guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition and research and identify new market opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain fruitful relationships with clients, address their needs effectively, and make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email for cross-selling and upselling purposes. Updating customer data in the corporate database and building lasting relationships with customers are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and experience in the Lithium-ion Battery/Electric Vehicle/Solar/Robotics/Automation Industry. Proficiency in B2B sales, marketing, and strategic analysis is important, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. Strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and active listening skills are also required. A positive, confident, and determined approach, as well as a high degree of self-motivation and ambition, are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques, and effective time management and planning skills are also necessary.
