Job Description

Role summary

Own the end-to-end IT backbone for Tilak Stone Arts in Jaipur: devices, networks, apps, data, licenses, vendors, and on-ground tech work. Ensure everything “just works”—securely, reliably, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Asset lifecycle & procurement: Scope, procure, tag, and track phones, PCs, laptops, tablets, cameras/CCTV, accessories; maintain a live asset register and AMC/warranty calendar.
  • Provisioning & repair: Image/enroll devices, assign phones/extension/SIMs, coordinate laptop/desktop repairs and spares; maintain standard builds and checklists.
  • Apps, access & data: Create/revoke accounts, enforce 2FA, role-based access, and basic data retention for core apps (email, productivity, CRM/ERP/HR tools).
  • Software compliance: Maintain license inventory, renewals, and audit readiness (OS, productivity, design and utility tools).
  • Patch & endpoint security: Drive OS/app patching, AV/EDR health, and disk encryption compliance; publish weekly hygiene reports.
  • Network & internet: Uptime ownership for ISP links, routers/switches/Wi-Fi; basic firewall rules, DHCP/DNS; vendor coordination for outages and cabling jobs.
  • CCTV/NVR & access devices: Keep surveillance online with defined storage retention; schedule health checks and evidence export SOPs.
  • Help desk & SLAs: Run a simple ticketing log, triage P1/P2/P3 issues, meet response/resolve SLAs, and publish monthly MIS (uptime, MTTR, spend vs. budget).
  • Vendor & cost control: Negotiate quotes, compare TCO, manage AMCs/repairs, and prevent scope creep.
  • Documentation & training: Onboarding/offboarding runbooks, joiner-mover-leaver checklist, user guides; run short “IT 101” sessions for staff.
  • On-ground supervision: Oversee small tech works (cabling, Wi-Fi expansions, rack/UPS housekeeping) and site readiness checks.

Ideal candidate requirements

Must-haves

  • 3–6 years in IT admin / desktop support / systems admin for 50+ endpoints.
  • Hands-on with Windows & macOS, Android/iOS basics, imaging, backups, 2FA, and device encryption.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin, basic MDM/UEM (Intune/Google EMM/Jamf/Kandji or similar), and license tracking.
  • Network fundamentals (IP, VLAN basics, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi APs, basic firewall rules), ISP/vendor coordination.
  • CCTV/NVR upkeep (health checks, retention, export).
  • Strong documentation, Excel/Sheets comfort, and vendor negotiation.
  • Communication in English & Hindi; on-site, with occasional travel to plant/warehouse as needed.

Good-to-have

  • ITIL Foundation / CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Admin.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Freshservice/Jira/Zendesk) and inventory tools (Snipe-IT, Lansweeper, etc.).
  • Exposure to endpoint security/EDR and basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
