Educational qualification

1. 1. Initiation of change controls, incidents and closure of the same within the time lines.
   2. Preparation and review of SOP’s and OI’s related to engineering HVAC dept.
   3. Responsible to prepare/review of Qualification protocol and reports.
   4. Ensuring the implementation of CAPA and justifications (wherever applicable).
   5. Responsible for incident investigation related to engineering department.
   6. Responsible to involve and co-ordinate internal and regulatory audits.
   7. Responsible for engineering projects execution.
   8. Protocol executions and review as applicable.
   9. Preparation and review of HVAC periodic performance verification schedules.
   10. Coordination with external agency for timely execution project activities.
   11. Verification of HVAC periodic performance verification activities and review of the documentation with respect to performance verification.
   12. Responsible to ensure Operation and maintenance of water system and HVAC systems in facility.
   13. Responsible for attending, review equipment breakdown activities.
   14. Ensure and review of equipment PMP activities as per schedule.
   15. To ensure BMS, EMS operations and trouble shooting.
   16. Review of Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) activities and alarms.
   17. Calculation and compilation of monthly Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT) for all applicable controlled storage area.
   18. Responsible to verify and review of log books.
   19. Ensure to maintain general equipment spares.
   20. Ensure to upkeep of equipment service floor.
   21. Preparation and review of vendor’s technical agreement/quality agreement.
   22. Adherence to safety, GMP compliance.
   23. Responsible to review the layouts.
   24. Responsible to follow up shift personnel and vendors for smooth operations and maintenance of water system, HVAC system.
   25. Responsible to ensure Qualification activities related to HVAC system.
   26. Preparation of daily and monthly reports.
   27. Qualification of HVAC systems.
   28. Monitoring of Team activities related to HVAC.
