Role & Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of recruiters to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Team Management & Leadership:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve and exceed their hiring targets.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and streamline recruitment processes.

* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Client Recruitment Operations:

* Manage & Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer management.

* Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of qualified talent to clients.

* Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as a number of placements, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.

Specifications

Experience:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role within the recruitment sector is mandatory.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.

* Strong knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry.

Skills & Attributes:

* Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

* Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyze recruitment data and make informed decisions.

* Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Training & Compensation:

* A 45-day on-the-job training will be provided.

* During the training period, a compensation of 20,000 will be provided upon successful completion of the certification process.

Education:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
