Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a Sr Recruiter from the Non-tech recruitment industry who will be responsible to handle the Plant level recruitments from Mid to Senior level hiring across the location and units spread across 3 cities in India. The incumbent will be required to manage the White collar hiring and also handled the stakeholders across different departments and floor at the manufacturing facility. End to end recruitment knowledge and expertise is must have with additional experience in HR/ Recruitment coordination is good to have. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in the recruitment. Non IT recruitment stream experience is mandatory. (Plant level recruitment is added advantage). End to end recruitment lifecycle experience is mandatory. Good hold in English as communication as the incumbent will be responsible to interact with multiple stakeholders from North & South India and also at times with the global International teams.
