Recruiter Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter Consultant to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles, as well as building relationships with clients and candidates. Youll play a critical role in helping us find the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies

  to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

• Collaborate with hiring managers

  to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

  based on job requirements and company culture fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

  with hiring teams, providing timely communication to all parties.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline
