Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
from sourcing to joining
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Support offer letter release, documentation, and onboarding process
Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction support
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS
Ensure a positive candidate experience

Skills & Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
Good
verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of hiring processes
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
