Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at the Marriott Hotel, responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Service department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the Food and Beverage Service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
