Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
