Team Leader - F&B Service

As a member of the team at Evolve Back, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our guests while upholding the standards set by the company. By supervising the services provided by outlet personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. Your duties will include but are not limited to: - Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring that all guests receive excellent service and that their expectations are not just met, but exceeded. Your focus should be on teamwork and collaboration to create a positive experience for every guest. - Service Standard: Providing prompt and courteous service by bussing, serving, and setting tables. Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests. - Upkeep of the Area: Monitoring and maintaining all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure cleanliness and organization. Coordinating with housekeeping to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. - Teamwork: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with all company employees to create a cooperative and harmonious work environment. Working together towards the common goal of providing exceptional service. - Upselling: Contributing to increasing outlet revenue by consistently upselling products and services to guests. - Bookkeeping: Keeping accurate records of department documents such as the Daily cover register, Logbooks, and Inventory of Consumables (IOC) to ensure smooth operations. - Communication: Keeping your immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters that may arise, ensuring transparency and effective resolution of issues. - Cost Control: Implementing practices to reduce breakages and minimize waste, contributing to effective cost control measures. - Stock Taking: Conducting monthly inventory checks (CCG inventory) and ensuring timely indenting to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
