Role Overview
We’re hiring a Pre‑Sales Team Leader to manage the pre‑sales team, oversee lead flow, ensure CRM accuracy, deliver reports, conduct training, and handle Zoom presentations for Dholera projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and monitor team performance and daily targets.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze lead conversions.
• Conduct sales, CRM, and soft‑skills training.
• Handle Zoom meetings and project presentations.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and smooth lead allocation.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing and resolve escalations.
• Oversee documentation and compliance.
Requirements
• 3–5 years in pre‑sales, tele‑sales, or real estate.
• Strong CRM, reporting, and communication skills.
• Confident in Zoom presentations.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
