Required Skills & Experience • 4–6 years in US accounting with at least 1–2 years reviewing or leading a team. • Strong hands-on experience with: o QuickBooks Online (month-end close, recon, reporting, AR/AP cleanup, budget vs actual) o Acumatica (bills, POs, payments, approvals, vendor management, reporting) o Aspire (job costing, invoicing, WIP schedules, project tracking) • Strong understanding of GAAP, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, revenue recognition, and job costing. • Ability to identify errors quickly and fix them without hand-holding. • Strong communication skills with US clients; able to push back or clarify without hesitation. • Experience handling multi-client workload in a fast-paced offshore model. Preferred Skills • QBO ProAdvisor certification. • Experience building SOPs or training modules for accounting workflows. • Exposure to Aspire, Bill.com, Dext, Expensify, or project-based accounting environments.
