Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for designing, generating, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.

The role ensures timely, accurate data management and provides insights to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Data Management

  • Create, update, and maintain

    daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

    .
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare reports on metrics such as productivity, performance, operations, or customer service (as per department).
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to avoid discrepancies.
  • Track and analyze

    AHT, occupancy, service level, shrinkage

    , and other operational KPIs.

2. Dashboard & Automation

  • Develop dashboards using

    Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI.

    Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel functions or macros.

    Improve data processes for faster and more reliable insights.

3. Analysis & Insights

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and business risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to managers for process improvement.
  • Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews through data-driven analysis.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) for data collection.
  • Assist leadership with custom reports and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Document processes and maintain data/reporting SOPs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel

    (

    Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index-Match, Charts, Power Query, Macros preferred

    ).
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools like

    Power BI, Macros

    .
  • Good understanding of data management concepts and KPI reporting.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation ability.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
