Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports.
Develop and maintain MIS tools, including databases, software, and dashboards.
Create monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, market share, or financial metrics.
Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Present data-driven insights to management in a clear and actionable format.
Support technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Provide training to staff on MIS tools and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Certifications in Data Analytics, MIS, or Statistical Analysis (preferred).
1-5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or a related role.
Experience in live projects involving data reporting or dashboard creation.
skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and soft skills (communication, analytical thinking).
Microsoft Excel Expert or Tableau Desktop Specialist. Include any credentials in analytics, reporting, or MIS tools.
