Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions through effective note-taking and documentation practices. Utilize MS Office tools to create presentable reports that meet client requirements. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and implement changes accordingly. Ensure timely submission of reports to clients while maintaining high levels of quality control.
