About the Role

Digital Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage

    integrated digital marketing campaigns

    across SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Lead

    paid media strategies

    across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic channels to drive conversions and ROI.
  • Develop and optimize

    SEO strategies

    including keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning, and backlinking.
  • Own the

    performance reporting

    for all digital marketing campaigns — analyze metrics, identify trends, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with

    content, design, and web development teams

    to ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Manage

    website performance, lead generation funnels, landing pages

    , and optimize user experience (UX).
  • Oversee

    marketing automation and CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to run targeted email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
  • Stay ahead of

    digital marketing trends, algorithm changes,

    and emerging best practices.
  • Mentor

    junior marketing team members

    , fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Digital Media, Communications,

    or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in

    digital marketing

    , preferably in

    B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce

    environments.
  • Proven expertise in

    SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising, and analytics.

  • Proficiency with key tools:

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot

    , and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong

    data-driven mindset

    with experience in campaign effectiveness measurement, CRO, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent

    project management, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and

    lead projects end-to-end

    with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Understanding of website analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
