Job Role: Operation Manager,

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a specific group of managers within an organization. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to ensure the group's goals and objectives are achieved. You will collaborate with various executives, team members, and external partners, to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the managers.

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a operation manager. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the group's area of focus.

Required Educational background:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
