Role Description

This is a full-time Team Lead position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, and driving the execution of key projects to achieve business goals. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration between cross-functional teams, and ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met effectively. The Team Lead will also mentor and nurture team members to achieve their full potential. This is an on-site position located in Lucknow.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonus.
