Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent & Culture Co-ordinator to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, cultural development, and employee engagement.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Foster a positive work environment through cultural development initiatives.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
