Role & responsibilities We are open to consider people who have no prior experience in HR but are energetic, vocal and people oriented and interested to restart a career in HR. This role requires someone who can confidently interact with employees, drive engagement activities independently, and ensure a seamless HR experience across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding & Joining Formalities Manage end-to-end onboarding process including offer letter issuance, document collection, pre-joining communication, and induction coordination. Conduct HR orientation and ensure new joiners receive a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. Create and maintain digital and physical employee files. 2. Offboarding & Exit Management Handle the complete offboarding process including resignation acceptance, exit documentation, clearance coordination, and final settlements support. Conduct exit interviews and capture insights for continuous improvement. 3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HRMS. Support attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Coordinate with Admin, Payroll, and IT teams for seamless operations. Ensure compliance with internal processes and HR policies. 4. Employee Engagement Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities independently(celebrations, events, contests, team activities, communication campaigns, etc.). Conduct monthly/quarterly engagement calendars and maintain high participation. Strengthen employee connect through proactive communication and touchpoints. 5. Employee Wellness Initiatives Drive wellness programs focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Identify opportunities and vendors for wellness initiatives and implement them effectively. Gather feedback and continuously improve engagement and wellness experiences. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and engaging. Vocal, vibrant, and energetic personality with strong people skills. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and execution capability. Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently. Comfortable working in a night shift (mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport across teams. Prior experience in managing employee engagement activities independently will be an advantage.
