 🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various roles and domains (Manufacturing/ IT/ Non-IT/ Healthcare)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and creative channels
• Screen, schedule, and conduct initial HR rounds with a focus on culture fit
• Coordinate and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update data on ATS/Excel trackers for reporting and analysis
• Support employer branding initiatives and career events when needed

✅ You Should Have:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR or equivalent fields
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in Manufacturing domain
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and screening methods
• Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
