Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage and support our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across departments, helping us build a strong, diverse, and qualified workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [Industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
