Job Title: Office Coordinator Organization: ThinkRight(Brain Development Institute for small kids) Location: Jaipur Website: thinkright.co.in Job Summary: ThinkRight is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks, including data handling, attendance, stationery, fee collection, and coordination between staff, parents, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers during classroom activities and assist in managing children when needed. Maintain accurate attendance records for staff and students. Handle daily cash collection and assist with basic accounting tasks. Track and manage inventory of stationery and study materials. Maintain and organize data using Advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data validation). Coordinate with teaching staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Assist in parent communication, classroom preparation, and office documentation. Help maintain classroom discipline and support child engagement during school hours.
