Talent Acquisition Specialist

We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can deliver on three non-negotiables:

Requirements:

• Proven ability to close any position within 7 days from requisition to offer acceptance
• Direct experience hiring creative professionals (designers, writers, content creators, etc.)
• Track record of maintaining exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Recruitment Process

• Stage 1: Resume Screening
• Stage 2: Logical Reasoning and Attention to Detail Test (20-30 Mins)
• Stage 3: Skill Assignment (2-3 Hours)
• Stage 4: Final Interview
• Stage 5: Offer Letter
