Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments (tech/non-tech).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, company career page, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and role specifications in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-boarding formalities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and prepare reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and online campaigns.
