Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary offers and assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Provide consultative recruitment guidance, market insights, and hiring trends to clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering quality talent solutions and maintaining regular communication.

Process Optimization & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, tracking hiring metrics and performance.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience

    in

    end-to-end recruitment

    across various industries and domains.
  • Strong ability to source and attract top talent using multiple channels.
  • Excellent

    client management

    and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    and recruitment tools.
  • Solid understanding of

    interview techniques, assessment methods, and employment laws

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate HR environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
