As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will undertake a full-time on-site role at our Mumbai location. Your primary responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to full-life cycle recruiting, hiring procedures, employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment activities. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring practices, demonstrated skills in employer branding and interviewing techniques, prior experience in the field of recruiting, exceptional communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, a sound knowledge of labor legislation, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous assets for this position.,
