Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Design Engineer specializing in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) cables to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in design engineering, industry standards compliance, and cross-functional coordination for cable and conductor systems. This role plays a pivotal part in new product development, customer solutioning, and quality documentation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop LV/MV cables (up to 33kV) in accordance with Indian and international standards. Prepare Design Sheets , GTP , ITP , IMS , and QAP documentation. Evaluate cable costing , raw material BOMs, and support commercial teams in technical offers. Create Reel Drawings and ensure optimized container loadability for exports. Ensure compliance with BIS, ASTM, UL, VDE, BASEC, DIN , and other relevant standards. Support quality audits and maintain documentation aligned with QMS and client requirements. Desired Skills & Expertise 6–10 years of experience in LV/MV cable design and engineering. Proficient in Indian and global cable standards : BIS, ASTM, UL, VDE, BASEC, DIN, etc. Strong documentation skills in GTP, ITP, IMS, QMS , and cable costing. Exposure to AutoCAD , ERP systems, and MS Excel. Knowledge of containerization, reel optimization , and export packaging. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
