About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles .
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
• Source and screen candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards
• Support employer branding initiatives and drive talent engagement
• Participate in onboarding coordination and cross-functional hiring discussions

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Proven experience hiring for both tech and non-tech functions
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
