Role Overview We’re looking for a Growth Manage r who can take complete ownership of our growth engine — from getting users to discover us, to converting them into paying customers, and keeping them engaged long-term. This role is for someone who understands how to turn levers, run fast experiments, and scale what works .You’ll work closely with marketing, product, content, and data teams to find growth bottlenecks and break through them. If you think in funnels, test hypotheses like a scientist, and obsess over numbers, this is for you . Key Responsibilites Build & Run the Growth Engine Spot the biggest drop-offs or growth levers and fix or scale them fast. Own the entire growth funnel — from lead to conversion to repeat usage. Design and run experiments across different channels. Drive Revenue Optimize for business outcomes — increase revenue. Improve attendance rates, reduce drop-offs, and increase repeat purchases. Work closely with product and sales to make sure leads convert and stay. Deeply Understand the User Analyze user journeys and behavior to understand where people drop off and why Run experiments that personalize the experience based on user segments. Talk to users when needed — not just rely on dashboards. Work Cross-Functionally to Scale Wins Collaborate with content, tech, and data teams to build what’s needed. Share learnings openly and build processes that scale across regions and campaigns. Stay hands-on and move quickly — no waiting for perfect conditions. Who You Are 3–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, or product (preferably at a fast-paced startup) You’ve owned growth metrics before, not just executed tasks. Comfortable with numbers — you can look at data and know what to do next. Not afraid to try things, fail fast, learn, and move forward.
