Program Manager – Webinar Operations We are looking for a Program Manager – Operations who can run high-rigor, process-heavy execution across one of SugarFit’s most critical functions. This is not a backend coordination role — it's a live ownership role. You will own a high-frequency daily operations engine that impacts thousands of users every day. If you’re structured, have high follow-through, and can handle recurring execution at scale, this role is for you. What you’ll own Manage end-to-end execution of a high-frequency, user-facing operational workflow. Maintain and run daily ops calendars and rosters across multiple regions and time zones Coordinate across internal teams (growth, CRM, tech, field) to ensure smooth execution Own backend setup, checklist-based QA, and zero-delay readiness for all sessions Monitor execution in real time and proactively resolve issues. Flag drop-offs, failures, and operational bottlenecks with accountability Own trackers, SOPs, escalations, and operational dashboards Drive reporting on execution metrics and unlock areas for improvement. What you’ll need 2–4 years of experience in operations or program management Strong process orientation and love for structured, checklist-driven execution High responsiveness, follow-through, and a “nothing slips” mindset Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, Automation Tools etc Ability to handle multiple parallel executions per day without delays or misses. Strong written and verbal communication for internal coordination.
