This is a high-impact role where you'll be closely involved in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent that shapes Pocket FM’s journey. What You'll Do:

• Support end-to-end hiring across roles and departments
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain data hygiene on ATS and generate recruitment reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the broader HR team to streamline hiring operations
• Help drive employer branding and talent outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must have!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-growth, dynamic environment
• Interest in startups and a passion for people
• Familiarity with creative, media industry is a plus!
