Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Source talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide reports to management.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and competitive market intelligence.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on workforce planning and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing (in-house or agency).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, ATS, and social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
