Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for

    blue-collar roles

    across

    international markets

    .
  • Source and partner with

    overseas manpower agencies

    , recruitment consultants, and job boards.
  • Plan and execute

    bulk hiring campaigns

    , including job fairs and overseas recruitment drives.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements, visa eligibility, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to forecast manpower needs and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with

    international labor laws, visa regulations

    , and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage

    offer letters, visa documentation

    , and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide timely reports to HR leadership.
  • Build a pipeline of talent for ongoing and future projects.
  • Ensure high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in

    bulk hiring

    , with a focus on

    blue-collar recruitment

    .
  • Experience in

    international recruitment

    , especially in

    Gulf countries,

  • Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes, including

    visa procedures and labor laws

    .
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual (advantageous but not mandatory – e.g., Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog).
  • Existing network of

    overseas manpower agencies

    or vendors.
  • Understanding of country-specific documentation and deployment practices.
