Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. The role also involves developing and implementing effective hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skill in developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the digital or technology services industry is a plus
