Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for IT Infra, IT Security, and Digitalization roles.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 36 years of proven IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Infra, Security, and Digitalization skill sets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
