Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offers.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for IT Infra, IT Security, and Digitalization roles.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
36 years of proven IT recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of IT Infra, Security, and Digitalization skill sets.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
