Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Your passion for identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience will drive the success of our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. - Sourcing & Outreach - Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Screening & Selection - Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate fit. - Coordinate and conduct interviews, administer assessments, and manage feedback loops. - Offer Management & Onboarding - Negotiate offers, manage pre-employment checks, and ensure smooth onboarding. - Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. - Employer Branding & Candidate Experience - Promote the company's culture and values through recruitment marketing. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process. - Reporting & Compliance - Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the above requirements, the following attributes are preferred: - Experience recruiting across tech, non-tech, and leadership roles. - Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies. - Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.,
