Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media Source and screen resumes based on job descriptions
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates
Support HR team with onboarding and other administrative tasks
Any Graduate or Undergraduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Must)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
