Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across functions including operations, marketing, sales, tech, and supply chain
• Draft compelling and coordinate postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to identify cultural and functional fit
• Maintain and update the

  recruitment tracker, candidate MIS, and hiring funnel performance reports

• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
• Support onboarding and smooth handover to HR Ops for joining formalities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in

  end-to-end recruitment

  , preferably in D2C, FMCG, wellness, or e-commerce industries
• Strong understanding of

  talent sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and candidate assessment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn search
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously
