You will work closely with production, sales, marketing, and channel partners to build a responsive and scalable supply chain that supports Neulife’s aggressive growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end supply chain operations

  including planning, production coordination, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Ensure

  100% in-stock levels

  across plants, warehouses, e-com and q-com locations with zero disruption
• Develop and execute accurate

  demand forecasts and supply plans

  , aligned with sales and marketing
• Manage

  inventory health, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), safety stocks

  , and order fulfillment SLAs
• Oversee

  domestic and international freight

  , including coordination with 3PLs, customs, and freight forwarders
• Continuously optimize

  warehousing operations, stock movements, and turnaround time

• Lead data-driven initiatives to

  reduce costs, improve supply chain efficiency

  , and enhance decision-making
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of planners, warehouse leads, and logistics executives
• Ensure all processes are

  digitally tracked and optimized using Zoho systems

• Maintain and share accurate

  supply chain dashboards and MIS

  with leadership

Who We're Looking For

• Engineer

  with a

  Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations

• 12+ years

  of progressive experience in

  FMCG, CPG, Pharma, or Nutraceutical supply chains

• Demonstrated experience managing supply chains across

  manufacturing and D2C/e-commerce channels

• Proficient in

  Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics

  (mandatory)
• Deep expertise in

  inventory control, cost optimization, warehouse planning, and transportation management

• Highly

  analytical, structured, and data-driven

  with a precision-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills in fast-paced, scale-up environments
