About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring for entry-level and mid-level roles across various locations.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and urgent hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, plan hiring strategies, and manage expectations.
Conduct HR screening calls, competency-based interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring panels.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards with timely updates.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes.
Provide an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Manage offer negotiations, rollouts, and post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with bulk hiring exposure.
Multilingual proficiency in
Hindi or Telugu
(both preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is an added advantage.
Ability to handle high hiring volumes and work under tight timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools/ATS.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in PAN India hiring.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies across different markets.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
