Job Title: Operations Manager Vetting Operations Location: Chennai Reports to: Head of Operations Experience Required: 4–10 years Language Preference: Hindi-speaking preferred We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days or less . Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager – Vetting Operations to oversee our document verification process for clients in the banking and NBFC sectors. This role involves managing a team responsible for verifying the authenticity of property-related loan documents and identifying any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have prior team management experience, strong attention to detail, and be open to travel as needed across India. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Vetting Operations team to ensure timely and accurate verification of loan documents. Review property documents to check for originality and highlight any discrepancies or fraudulent entries. Standardize processes and ensure team adherence to compliance and client-specific guidelines. Liaise with banks and NBFCs for issue resolution and updates. Coach and mentor team members, track performance through KPIs, and submit regular reports. Work with internal stakeholders to improve tools and workflows. Willingness to travel across India for operational audits, training, or client coordination. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Commerce, Law, or similar preferred). 5–10 years of experience in operations, document vetting, or financial services. Proven team management experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage. Willing to travel based on business needs.
