• To achieve individual sales targets across different product segments.• Identify and convert opportunities for advances business, cross-sell and up-sell of products.• Manage and deepen assigned ETB portfolio customers relationships.• Educate and migrate the customers to Alternate/ Digital channels.• Handle day to day operations of the branch.• Support the branch to fulfil audit and compliance requirements.• Authorize all the financial and non-financial transactions.• Resolution of customer queries within defined TAT.• Other tasks as assigned by BM/BOM.
