Role & responsibilities WAS & Weblogic Cluster Configuration & Maintenance IHS & OHS - Configuration & Maintenance Apache, Tomcat, Web Sphere MQ - Configuration & Maintenance L1 Administration on Micro services , Kubernetes, Jboss, Containerization Intelligent Management and Resiliency Performance Monitoring and Tuning Data Source configuration Application Management (Assembly, Deployment and Configuration) Security configuration & Maintenance – SSL/TLS , Cipher suites and package management Plugin configuration on web server Logging & Troubleshooting – Root Cause analysis & OEM support Security Baseline & Hardening Patch management – CPU & Bug fixes Middleware Version Update/Upgrade VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) – Analysing & Compliance BCP Compliance , DC – DR Configuration & Support CAPACITY PLANNING – Analysing Containers & Arguments Required Skills Technical Knowledge on Weblogic, WAS, OHS, IHS Apache Tomcat, Websphere MQ installation, Domain configuration and maintenance Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Weblogic, WAS, OHS, IHS, Apache, Tomcat & Websphere MQ in Linux / AIX/ Windows-Clustering and Workload Management Conversant with Middleware technologies like Oracle Weblogic, OHS Server, IBM WAS, IHS Server, Apache Tomcat and Websphere MQ technologies and possess experience in performance optimization and system/application tuning. People Management & Vendor Management/ Negotiation skills Certificate Management – Creation, Renewal & Reporting L1 administration knowledge in Unix Additionally, Willing to Knowledge Share of technical information to people from non-technical backgrounds.
