Strong working knowledge of: Linux OS internals, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting. DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible/Chef/Puppet. Web and application servers: Nginx, Tomcat. Monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix, APM, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Wazuh. Networking fundamentals, Cloudflare, and Squid Proxy configuration. Proven experience in working with AWS foundational services. Practical understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). Experience with Vault, Packer, and Redis in production environments. Knowledge of Palo Alto (basic process flow and rule-based access understanding). Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation tasks. Hands-on experience in DR planning and migration activities. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and system improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or RHCE are a plus.
