Job Description

SUMMARY

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding manpower needs, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to final selection.
Leverage job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.), Headhunting, employee referrals, to identify high-quality candidates.
Recruit professionals with real estate experience in sales, marketing, operations, legal, project, and customer service.
Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
Support initiatives to enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, update the applicant database, and generate regular hiring reports for management review.
Coordinate with educational institutions and attend real estate job fairs to attract young talent.
Liaise with external recruitment partners and evaluate their performance regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the B2B industry.
Familiarity with real estate job roles, functions, and recruitment challenges is highly preferred.
