Key Responsibilities:

🔹Source and identify candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other platforms.

🔹Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, interests, and cultural fit.

🔹Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and company culture.

🔹Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

🔹Manage recruitment pipelines efficiently to meet hiring targets.

🔹Use creative strategies to source passive candidates.

🔹Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role, ideally within both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

-Strong familiarity with different job boards

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

-Knowledge of IT and Non-IT job roles and industries is a plus.
