360 Degree Cloud is scaling fast! We’ve recently launched Virtual Assistant (VA) and Sales
Development Representative (SDR) services to help global businesses grow smarter and sell
faster. We're now hiring a Lead Generation Executive to fuel this growth by running targeted
outreach and generating qualified leads.
• Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects
• Identify and qualify leads for VA and SDR services
• Keep CRM updated with accurate lead information
• Pass warm leads to the Sales team for follow-up and closure
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach
• Track performance and optimize campaigns for better results
• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or sales outreach
• Excellent English communication—both written and spoken
• Comfortable working during US time zones
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and persistence
• Driven by performance and eager to learn
